Oddze Licence: Spark Stream LTD and the Anjouan Register

The Oddze licence in the register

The licence expires about seven weeks after our check date. The register shows no renewal, and the operator has published nothing about one. If you are reading this after 21 November 2026, check the register again before you deposit.

What the operator's footer says

Every page of www.oddze.com ends with: "www.oddze.com is owned and operated by Spark Stream LTD, incorporated under the laws of Belize with company registration number 000044910 and having its registered address at Sea Urchin Street, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize. Spark Stream LTD operates under E-gaming License No. ALSI-202411020-FI1 issued by the Anjouan Gaming Control Board."

There is one inconsistency. The About Us page and section 2 of the Privacy Policy say the same company, with the same number and address, is "incorporated under the laws of Anjouan". The footer says Belize. The licence number and the company name match in every document, which is what matters for a register check, but it is not clear from the operator's own pages where the company is incorporated.

On payments, the footer says payments, including Paysafe, are facilitated by Spark Stream LTD "in cooperation with a payment aggregator", and Terms 10.1 names that aggregator as Future Payment Technologies UAB. No separate payment-agent company with its own registration number or address is published.

How to verify the licence yourself

1. Open the Anjouan register's Verify a Licence page and search for ALSI-202411020-FI1 or "Spark Stream".
2. Check that the status is valid, the expiry date is still ahead and oddze.com is in the domain list.
3. On www.oddze.com, click the Anjouan seal in the footer. On 3 October 2026 it opened the validator with the domain www.oddze.com and showed Spark Stream Ltd., the Belize address, oddze.com as the registered website and the status "VALID".

A word of caution about the validator: opened without the seal's own parameters, it shows "INVALID" for any domain, including made-up ones. That result means nothing. Use the seal link or the register search.

The other three domains on the licence (sparkgaming.io, spinbi.com, winbet90.com) look like separate sites of the same licensee, not Oddze mirrors. Oddze publishes no mirror addresses, and nothing on oddze.com links to them. The operator's address is www.oddze.com (oddze.com redirects there); oddze.net, this site, is not an operator address.

What an Anjouan licence does and does not give you

It gives you a named company, a licence number that can be checked in a public register and a complaint route set by the regulator. It does not give you the protections of a European regulator: there is no published requirement here for segregated player funds, the regulator does not decide player disputes itself, and the licence term is two years. The operator's footer says it has "a legal permission to conduct online gambling on the basis of the international License"; whether online gambling with it is legal for you depends on the law of your country, not on the licence.

Fairness: the operator's FAQ says all games come from certified providers with RNG certificates. No testing laboratory, certificate or RTP report is named, so we cannot confirm it.

Excluded countries: three different lists

• Terms 2.4 (Terms and Conditions version 2.1, 29 June 2026) bans real-money play from, among others, Afghanistan, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, North Korea, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Cuba, Myanmar, Singapore, China, Turkmenistan, the Isle of Man, Jersey and a number of small territories.
• The Registration Procedure says players from these countries are not accepted: the United States, Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Italy, France, Turkey, Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and several French overseas territories.
• The Anjouan validator lists as excluded territories: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA.

Only the USA and the UK are on all three lists. France is on the Registration Procedure and validator lists but not in Terms 2.4. Germany, Finland and Poland are on none of them, but Terms 3.9 says Play'n GO games are not available to players from Germany. Turkey is banned in the Registration Procedure while Turkish lira is an accepted currency. If your country is on any list, accounts can be closed and winnings withheld; using a VPN to bypass a block "may lead to confiscation of winnings".

How to complain

What Oddze says. Terms 15: complaints are handled by the support department and escalated within the casino; only the account holder may complain, and the server logs are final. No response deadline is stated. Terms 17: disputes are resolved "under the jurisdiction of the Company's licensing authority or through arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction". The Complaints page sends players to the AskGamblers complaint service and to POGG (thepogg.com) as "our ADR provider". Claims must be made within one year (Terms 13).

What the regulator says. Anjouan's complaint policy states that "The Authority does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints." Step 1: complain to the operator through the complaint function of its interactive site seal; the operator must answer within 30 calendar days. Game disputes must be raised within 14 days and account disputes within 30 days. Step 2: if unresolved, go to an approved ADR provider, at the operator's cost. Proceedings are in English.

The gap. POGG, the provider Oddze names, is not on Anjouan's list of approved ADR providers, which names EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. Oddze does not mention the seal route, and the validator page we saw on 3 October 2026 showed no visible complaint form. In practice: write to [email protected] first and keep the date, then after 30 days without a solution contact one of the four approved providers and cite licence ALSI-202411020-FI1.

Responsible gaming tools

The Responsible Gaming page (last updated 16 March 2026) lists daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits (increases take effect after 24 hours), wager limits, session limits with automatic logout, cooling-off for one day, three days, one week, one month, three months or six months, and self-exclusion for 6, 9 or 12 months. The page says these are activated via live chat; the FAQ says self-exclusion can also be set in the profile.
