Summary of the Oddze casino terms

This page is an independent summary of the rules Oddze publishes: Terms and Conditions (version 2.1, last updated 29 June 2026), Bonus Terms (19 March 2026), Registration Procedure, Responsible Gaming (16 March 2026) and Complaints pages at www.oddze.com. It is not the operator's legal text, and oddze.net is not a party to your agreement with the casino. The operator's English terms prevail, and its Terms 1.4 says translation errors are interpreted in favour of the casino.

1. Who can open an account

  • Minimum age 18 (Terms 2.2, Registration Procedure 3).
  • One account only: "one (1) personal account per residence address, household, IP address, PC" (Terms 8.1).
  • Registration asks for date of birth, name, address, email, username, password and phone number. Sign-in with Google, Telegram or Twitter is offered, and two-factor authentication is enabled on the platform.
  • Self-excluded persons may not register.

1.1 Restricted countries: two operator lists that differ

Terms 2.4 bans, among others, Afghanistan, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, North Korea, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Cuba, Myanmar, Singapore, China, Turkmenistan, the Isle of Man and Jersey. The Registration Procedure instead lists the United States, Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Italy, France, Turkey, Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and French overseas territories. Only the USA and the UK are on both. Accounts from restricted countries can be closed and winnings withheld, and using a VPN to get around a provider block "may lead to confiscation of winnings" (Terms 3.2). Terms 3.9 makes Play'n GO games unavailable to players from Germany.

1.2 Inactive accounts

An account is inactive after 12 months without a login; after that the operator charges a 25 EUR monthly fee (Terms 12).

2. Verification (KYC)

  • KYC must be completed before any withdrawal. Documents named: passport copy or other ID and proof of address (Terms 11.2, 18.2).
  • Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise video verification is required (Terms 9.8). A phone call may be part of the check.
  • If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account can be locked (Terms 8.4).
  • Uploads go in the profile's Documents tab: max 2 MB, PDF, GIF, JPEG, JPG, BMP, PNG or TIF (FAQ).

3. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit 20 EUR or equivalent (Terms 10.4); the maximum depends on the method. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, or a processing fee may be charged (Terms 9.7).
  • No third-party payments (Terms 10.3). The internal operating currency is USD (Terms 11.8).
  • Minimum withdrawal 20 EUR/USD or 14 GBP. Maximum: 10,000 EUR per day, 50,000 EUR per week, 150,000 EUR per month; larger amounts may be paid in instalments (Terms 11.1). The payments page lists crypto withdrawals up to 100,000, which conflicts with the daily cap.
  • Processing: the casino "aims to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours" (Terms 11.6). The payments page calls all methods "Instant" and About Us says most withdrawals take minutes. Bank transfers take up to 3 banking days and are not available for USD payouts (Terms 11.8); intermediary bank charges are limited to the equivalent of 16 USD (Terms 11.9). Refunds take 5 to 7 banking days (Terms 14.6).

4. Bonus rules

  • Maximum bet with an active bonus: 5 USD / 5 EUR / 3.6 GBP, including bonus buys and doubling. During real-money wagering the maximum bet is 100 USD in slots, live games and crash games.
  • Welcome bonus wagering: 40 times the bonus; free-spin winnings 30 times; 7 days. Two different welcome package versions are published; see the bonus page.
  • Game weighting: slots 100% (excluding jackpot slots and excluded games), roulette 0%, poker, craps, video poker, card and casual games 5%.
  • One bonus per person, family, address, email, IP, phone number and device. Bonuses are non-sticky and can be cancelled at any time; a bonus ends when the balance falls to 0.01 USD or less.
  • If promotion terms conflict, the general terms take preference.

5. Play rules that can void winnings

  • Low-risk roulette bets covering 25 or more of 37 numbers count as advantage play (Terms 9.3).
  • Bitcoin transactions flagged as replace-by-fee (RBF) can lead to account closure (Terms 9.6).
  • Game rules are inside each game; the server logs are final in disputes.

6. Responsible gaming

Available tools: deposit and loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly; increases wait 24 hours), wager limits, session limits with automatic logout, cooling-off for 1 day to 6 months with automatic reactivation, and self-exclusion for 6, 9 or 12 months. The Responsible Gaming page says they are activated via live chat; the FAQ says self-exclusion can also be set in the profile.

7. Complaints and time limits

Complaints go to support ([email protected] or live chat) and are escalated inside the company; no response deadline is stated (Terms 15). Claims must be raised within one year (Terms 13). The Complaints page names AskGamblers and POGG as next steps; POGG is not on the Anjouan regulator's approved ADR list, whose own process gives the operator 30 days and then allows escalation to EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.
